Behind the Scenes at the Museum

  • Crafts Study Centre Falkner Road Farnham, England, GU9 United Kingdom (map)

As part of a major storage move and rationalisation project the Crafts Study Centre (CSC) will be converting its first floor gallery into a storage space for parts of its collection from August – December 2026. Included among the artefacts stored in the gallery are about 90 pieces of framed artwork from the Edward Johnston Foundation, an organisation set up to secure the legacy of Britain’s best-known calligrapher, whose archive and collections are now looked after by the CSC.

The CSC’s Curator of Collections, Greta Bertram, will be working in the gallery space for some of the time so come in and say hello.
